Tracey has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over a decade, is the National Programs Manager for Fernwood Fitness and coordinates Personal Training and Food Coaching programs for Fernwood nationally.
She is also a personal trainer, a Pilates and cycle instructor, a qualified nutritionist, and regularly contributes to blogs, magazines and newspapers on the topic of health and fitness. Tracey represents Fernwood on the Weight Management Council of Australia and has presented at fitness conferences across Australia, all while running her own family and looking after her two young children.

Susan has helped to change the lives of many, putting them on a path to success; success in health, in relationships, in their career, and success in life itself.
She has over 10 years’ experience in life coaching and personal development, and is also a trainer, workshop leader and inspirational speaker.
Susan is an Advanced Practitioner of Life Coaching, holds a Certificate IV of Life Coaching, and is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is a member of the International Coach Guild and International Coach Federation.

At the age of 17, Genevieve first joined a gym… and it was love at first ‘lift’.
She has been a part of the fitness industry ever since. Passionate about helping people meet their fitness goals as a qualified personal trainer, Genevieve has done everything from running boot camps, group exercise classes to gym instruction and personal training.
She holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, a certificate in Sports Nutrition, boxing instruction and kettlebell training.
Genevieve also freelances as a fitness model and is an accomplished actress and full time producer.
